How to maintain the road roller

1. Check the road roller for leakage of oil, water and gas and overheating of parts;
2. The road roller checks the level of diesel engine oil, coolant and hydraulic oil;
3. The road roller shall check the tire pressure and damage;
4. Roller inspection instruments and lights;
5. Each hinge point is filled with butter.
2. every 50 hours
1. Check and tighten the front and rear drive shaft bolts;
2. Check the transmission oil level;
3. Check and adjust the oil quantity of foot brake, hand brake and brake booster;
4. Check the throttle control and speed control system;
3. every 100 hours
1. Replace the transmission oil (every 600 hours thereafter) and clean the filter screen of the oil pan;
2. Change engine oil (every 600 hours thereafter);
3. Check the liquid level of the battery, and apply Vaseline to the battery connector;
4. Check the fastening conditions of the rim, brake disc bolts and bridge bolts;
5. Check the fastening condition of each fastening bolt.
4. every 200 hours
1. Check the front and rear axle oil level;
2. Clean the air filter (replace the filter element if necessary);
3. Clean the oil, diesel and gearbox oil filters;
4. Measure the tire pressure for 0.27~0.31Mpa;
5. Check whether the welds of the working device and front and rear frames are cracked;
6. Check the tightness of generator and fan belt.
5. every 600 hours
1. Replace the front and rear axle gear oil (every 1000 hours thereafter);
2. Clean the oil suction filter screen of the diesel tank;
3. Remove the pollutants on the surface of the water tank and radiator;
4. Replace the engine oil, replace the engine oil and diesel oil filter;
5. Replace the transmission oil and oil filter;
6. Check the engine valve clearance.
6. every 1200 hours
1. Replace the hydraulic oil, clean or replace the oil filter, clean the oil tank;
2. Check the operation of the engine;
3. Check the working condition of the hydraulic system;
4. Check the performance of the steering system;
5. Check the performance of the brake system and replace the brake fluid.
7. every 2400 hours
1. Overhaul the engine according to the engine instructions;
2. Disassemble and inspect the gearbox and torque converter;
3. Disassembly inspection of front and rear axles;
4. Check the welds of all parts of the whole machine.
