The car is the first domestic innovative use of articulated engineering vehicle chassis and frame structure, forming a stable, reliable, in-situ steering, adapt to a variety of complex road conditions of the driving platform, the use of wide-base bias tires, to ensure the grassland, forests, mountains, fields, beaches and other rugged roads through the fire-fighting and rescue equipment.
The car for the first time in the domestic application of compressed gas foam fire extinguishing system, to achieve a highly efficient fire extinguishing function. Compressed gas foam fire extinguishing system is an innovative key technology with national invention patent. It adopts chemical fire extinguishing method to produce fine and uniform fire extinguishing foam, good adhesion performance and strong anti-burning performance. With its comprehensive effects such as cooling, suffocation and isolation, the fire extinguishing efficiency is excellent, and it is non-toxic and harmless. The actual combat effect shows that the fire extinguishing efficiency is 20 times higher than that of direct water fire extinguishing, the utilization rate of fire extinguishing water is increased by 8 times, and it can effectively prevent re-ignition. The fire-extinguishing foam has strong flame retardancy, which can be directly used for fire extinguishing, and the foam can be sprayed on the trees and grass to establish a fire isolation zone to block the spread of the fire. Due to the small density of fire extinguishing foam, light weight, small transmission pressure loss, long transmission distance, high lift, foam spray distance, spray height of more than 40 meters, can make the field operation mobile convenient, thus providing a guarantee for timely rescue of sudden fires in high-distance and difficult environments. The upper part of the vehicle is equipped with a remote control fire monitor, which can be operated remotely in the cab or under the vehicle. The fire monitor can rotate 360 degrees and pitch 90 degrees. Foam jets are set on both sides of the rear of the engineering vehicle, which can be used for grassland forest fire extinguishing, rapid establishment of fire isolation zone or fire site cleaning operations. It can provide two 40, 50 and 65 hoses to supply foam at the same time, which can make the on-site operation easy to move, thus providing a guarantee for timely rescue of sudden fires in high-distance and difficult environments.
The front of the car is also equipped with a "bulldozing bucket type barrier clearing and opening device", which can shovel earth to fill pits, push down trees, break barriers and open roads. It can directly break trees with a diameter of about 30cm, remove and flatten dense shrubs and thorns, and quickly open up channels for personnel and other vehicles. The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a "special fire prevention ditching and soil turning device", which can dig ditches and turn soil, bury weeds, establish fire isolation zone and clean up smoldering fire. The vehicle has a "vehicle self-protection device", and water spray nozzles are reasonably allocated on the vehicle body to spray water to cool the vehicle. It can also provide compressed air power for external pneumatic tools, hydraulic breaking tools and other hydraulic equipment to provide hydraulic power. The electric winch on the car can save itself or rescue itself, and can realize the drag function. It is equipped with water pump, which can take water from the nearby water source to ensure the continuity of fire fighting. Equipped with "high-resolution camera infrared scanning fire detection device" and "Beidou and GPS integrated fire positioning device" can accurately locate the fire location and evaluate the fire level. Form a three-dimensional, all-round modern independent fire fighting platform.
The models are divided into DSXG-2000-1000, DSXG-3000-1000 and DSXG-5000-2000 models, which can meet the needs of different users in different venues. It can also be applied to urban and chemical fire fighting, which can open the way for obstructed roads, so that rescue personnel and equipment can quickly arrive at the scene and organize rescue.
